I offer low-cost, flat-rate services on many of the most common projects homeowners need.  For special repairs, I charge an hourly rate that's a bargain in our inflated market --- AND I complete most projects in half the time that most handyman services require.  How do I know that?  I often fix the work they attempted to complete.

• Deck and patio maintenance, including sealing and staining to prevent weather damage and extend the life of the structure
