I can make the promise of passive income a reality.  Give your tenants my number and you'll reclaim your life and your uninterrupted privacy.

I work with rental owners to arrange for specific services and a pre-set price to cover nearly all the "emergency" calls that interrupt your day -- and night!  Tenants call me directly.  Any services that are deemed urgent and pre-defined in our agreement are automatically taken care of at the pre-determined price.

For work that has not been pre-defined or will cost more than our pre-set limit, I'll scope it out completely, give you options to handle, and await your instructions -- all in less time than it might have taken you to ring me up.

Call me and we'll put a maintenance agreement in place.  And you can be back to passive... maybe for the first time!
